    Totally agree – especially using SUNSCREEN (and hats)! Also, if you’ve had any basal cell skin cancers, like me, taking nicotinamide (Niacin) has been shown to help repair DNA damage.

    Hi Deanna. Great tips. I love this. I get 7-8 hours of sleep a night and Drink Water, but less Wear sunscreen. I have found skin flaws appear more when I’m older although I get sleep enough and drink a lot of water. So I decide to find some anti-aging cream to support my facial skin like Argireline Cream which prevent wrinkles and help in delaying signs of aging as shown here http://www.womensedge.org/best-argireline-cream/. One more thing, I intend to wear more sunscreen as you suggested. Thank you for great suggestion, I love this.Please keep sharing.
