I have just really started getting into blog sites and I was delighted to find Deanna and Well and Worthy Life! The name caught my attention and I had to find out more! It was fun reading about her style, beauty, home decor, and health tips.
One day she mentioned she was studying nutrition and was going to be certified as a coach to help people on their weight loss journey.
I am 48 years old, a Podiatrist, mother to a 15 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. I am married to the best man I could have ever imagined! He is so supportive and kind. I never thought I would remarry, but God had other plans for me and I am truly grateful! I have always put my family and patients first, and I probably always will, but with 50 looming around the corner – I know that the time is now to make a change!
Losing the weight after my daughter was easy at 33. At 41, with my son, not so much! I think I thought that it would come off as easily as it did with my daughter. Lack of Metabolism got a hold of me and my midsection fell apart!
That’s when I heard of The Faster Way to Fat Loss. I had never heard of carb cycling and I didn’t know how the fasting would work? I started researching and hearing other people’s success stories. I wanted more than ever to lose the weight before 50 hit!! I am so happy that I chose Deanna and this plan to help me achieve my goals. After the first week, I could feel my clothes were looser on me. It was motivational for me and it pushed me to continue and not give up. This is truly a lifestyle change in the way you eat. It made me realize how many carbs I was honestly eating and why it was contributing to my weight. Before this program, I thought I really didn’t eat that much, but in reality, I was eating all the wrong things.
I am about 1 month into this program and ladies at work are commenting on “how good I look”️
I am a master at hiding my midsection, but now I am starting to want to find clothes that fit well and look good on me. I have a ways to go, but I am all in to continue on this path.
Thanks, Deanna for being an inspirational and supportive coach! I could not be doing this without you!
