Summertime calls for pool time, bathing suits, and low-calorie cocktails. Cocktails can derail us off our healthy eating plan and especially off of our Keto lifestyle. Hanging out with friends and family by the pool can be fun. However, it can be a time where everyone indulges. Go ahead and plan for this time so you won’t totally fall off your healthy lifestyle. Remember it can be good to have everything in moderation.
Here are some of my favorite low-calorie cocktails:
- Skinny Mojito
- Fit-Vine Wine
- Tit0’s and Soda with a lime
- LaCroix (my favorite flavor is Coconut) and Tito’s with a squeeze of lime or grapefruit.
I will only drink 1 or 2 cocktails at the most. (Most of the time)
