I am so happy that I found this program and had Deanna as a coach! Deanna and Joy were so supportive, motivating and informative! Since starting FWTFL, I have had more energy and have felt great. I was intimidated by the intermittent fasting, but I adjusted to it very quickly and now love it! I really enjoy carb cycling too. I am new to exercising, so I followed the Beginner workouts, and felt that they were challenging but doable! I was able to do everything from home, and most workouts are only about a half hour. And in just 7 short weeks, I’ve lost 14 pounds and am down a pants size! I am excited to continue this lifestyle and improving my health and self-confidence!
Kelley’s Results From FASTer Way to Fat Loss
I loved the FASTer Way program! My main goal was to learn how to track macros and how to properly fuel my body. Exercise is something I enjoy and have never struggled with working out. Nutrition, on the other hand, has been difficult for me. Learning to track macros has been so freeing and life-changing. I eat the foods that I love, but now I know when to eat them and how much to eat. I have lost weight and inches in places that I never thought I could. My thighs have always been “my trouble spot”, but now I am seeing progress there and I am so excited about that. I feel so good. My sugar cravings are a thing of the past and I don’t fall asleep trying to watch a movie with my family anymore! Over the past 7 weeks (I included the prep week) I have lost 9.5 pounds and 7 inches overall. (My inches may be a little off, I’m certain my measurements were not accurate at the beginning. OOPS)

I love the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program. It took me a while to absorb all the information and implement everything I was learning, but I have begun to see great results.
