    I would be interested to see what you ate and how much when you lost the 10 lbs. I too am in my 50’s (58) and need to lose those pesty last 10lbs. Love your blog. Thanks for all the great tips

    I’m diving in deep today Deanna! All of these posts about lifestyle/diet changes are so good! One of my goals this year is to get my gut healthy.
