I launched my first FASTer Way to Fat Loss® program on September 3. Here what my clients have to say.
What happened and how did it happen? I used to exercise all the time, I used to practice healthy eating habits. I used to get enough sleep, and I used to care that I made all of those things a priority. But somehow over the last few months, I have fallen into a big rut. Major life challenges occurred and I forgot how to take care of myself. I would tell myself “tomorrow I am going to start…” the problem was I told myself that every day and then it turned into months. Instead of getting my butt in gear, I would grab all my electronic devices and check in this order, the news, emails, FaceTime, Pinterest and save my favorite, Instagram, for last. I would live as they say, “Vicariously” through all of the uber-fit, glaringly healthy and extremely enthusiastic Instagramers. Then one morning, as usual, the only “working out” I was doing was lifting my oversized mug of coffee, I saw my most favorite blogger of all time posting about her new adventure in health coaching. The program she described, Faster Way to Fat Loss, began to peak my interest. I read her post and then I googled the website. I thought what a more perfect way to start taking responsibility for my health, than with a dear friend guiding me along the way. You see, I have known Deanna a very long time and she has always been the most positive and a lover of life person I know. I thought this would be my chance to make a change and take charge. So, It has been almost 5 weeks now and I feel so much better physically and mentally. The support, guidance and most importantly, the accountability, are the game changers for me. Now when I grab my iPhone it to look up the exercises for the day and to check out our Facebook group and see what inspirational message Coach Deanna has to share. And to boot, she knows her stuff, she has become an expert in health, fitness, and nutrition and you can absolutely trust what she has to say about it.
Now, when I feel like I am getting off track all I I have to do is reach out and I will get the help I need to maintain focus and become a new me The best part about all of this is I have most definitely noticed a change: increased muscle tone, a grasp on my daily hunger and food choices and I’m sleeping so much better. I’m proud of myself and my FWFT group and really thankful I love Instagram!

I will be completing my 1st Faster Way to Fat Loss round in less than 2 weeks! I am already signed up for the next round! This has been a great program for me and I know for sure that I have found a new way of eating and exercising that I LOVE.
When you join, you then have a wonderful coach and a group that you are a part of. This helps keep you on track. I am learning so much about the importance of intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and eating the right foods and enough food (you absolutely do not get hungry!!). Weekly workouts are provided and there are different versions that will best fit you. I do mine from home and they don’t take long at all! All of these things fit together to help you feel your best.
I am in my 50’s and the belly bloat had become a problem!! I have always tried to eat “healthy” and exercise, but still felt so bloated and didn’t have much energy. In just 5 weeks I feel leaner, stronger and more energetic (and no bloat!). This lifestyle really works and I highly recommend it to everyone! -J
