Spring Break on 30A: What I’m Wearing & How I’m Getting Ready
Spring break is coming whether we feel ready or not.
And if you’re anything like me, winter can leave you feeling a little less motivated, a little less energized… and maybe not quite ready to pull out the swimsuits just yet.
But here’s the shift: instead of waiting to feel motivated, I use spring break as my reason to start moving now.
We’re heading back to 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida—my forever happy place—and I’m sharing exactly what I’m wearing for workouts, beach days, shopping, and dinners out.
If you’re planning a 30A trip (or any warm getaway), this is your style + wellness guide.
Getting Spring Break Ready (Without Doing Anything Extreme)
I’m not doing a dramatic reset. No crash anything. Just simple consistency:
Taking my BioActive Peptides
Scheduling my workouts
Focusing on protein + fiber
Drinking more water
Walking as much as possible
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s feeling strong, energized, and confident when I step onto the beach.
And having outfits I love? That helps more than we admit.
What I’m Wearing to Work Out on 30A
Even on vacation, I love starting my mornings with movement. My favorite spots:
Studio Thirty-A - Even Mel Robbins goes here when she is in town.
For spring break workouts, I’m packing:
When I love the set, I’m much more likely to show up.
What I’m Wearing to the Beach on 30A
I don’t lay out for hours anymore—but I will walk the shoreline forever.
Beach style for me is polished but effortless:
A flattering one-piece (and it's one size fits all 👀)
Or an elevated bikini top and bottoms
Shade is still non-negotiable 😉
What I’m Wearing for Shopping Along 30A
Shopping along 30A is dangerously good.
My must-stops:
Sunset Shoes - several locations
Willow 30a - several locations
Lululemon
Alo in Alys Beach
For daytime shopping and coffee runs, I’m packing:
My favorite tank (that you don't have to wear a bra with!)
Effortless. Elevated. Comfortable enough to walk all day.
What I’m Wearing to Dinner on 30A
Dinner on 30A is one of my favorite parts of the trip.
We rotate between:
George’s at Alys Beach
Basmati’s (I always order the snapper)
Bud & Alley’s
Shunk Gulley
O-Ku for sushi
For dinner, I like something that feels feminine but easy:
Nothing fussy. Just confident.
Biking 30A in Style
One of my favorite ways to explore Scenic Highway 30A is biking between towns.
For bike rides, I pack:
Just be careful riding through Seaside—it gets crowded fast.
Where We Stay on 30A
We built our home on 30A over 10 years ago, and it’s become such a special place for our family. Now we rent it out so others can experience this stretch of Santa Rosa Beach the way we do—relaxed, beautiful, and perfectly located.
