The Big Pivot: Why I’m Rebranding Well and Worthy Life for This Next Chapter
Let’s talk about the new chapter for Well and Worthy Life happening around here.
A couple of years ago, I realized something significant: I loved coaching… but I didn’t love the constant push to promote my program. Revive Now was meaningful work, but the launch hustle? Not so much. And underneath all that, a truth kept tapping me on the shoulder — I had outgrown the title Menopause Coach.
Midlife? She’s bigger, bolder, and way more layered than one label.
Goodbye, Menopause Coach. Hello, Midlife Lifestyle Creator.
This shift didn’t happen overnight. It slowly became clear that the women in my community wanted more than hot-flash help and hormone talk (though we still love a good chat about those too!).
They wanted the whole midlife experience:
✨ Mindset — reframing this season as our power years
✨ Wellness — energy, strength, simple daily habits
✨ Style + Beauty — Amazon gems, capsule wardrobes, confidence boosters
✨ Lifestyle + Travel — the good life on the go
✨ Family + Grandparenting — loving this new era with a full heart
“Midlife Lifestyle Creator” finally felt like a title that fit. Not a consultation… a conversation. Not a niche… a full-color life.
Reinventing Myself (Again!)
If there’s one thing midlife teaches us, it’s that reinvention is our superpower.
I’ve done it a few times myself — stay-at-home mom, Pure Barre owner in my 40s, menopause health coach in my 50s. I trained through IIN and dove deep into hormones when barely anyone was talking about them.
Fast-forward to today, and the internet is LOUD. Suddenly, everyone has a hormone fix. I started feeling boxed in.
And honestly? My life was shifting too.
More travel.
New dynamics with adult kids.
Stepping into grandparent life.
New energy, new fun, new priorities.
It was time to broaden the lens and bring you along for the ride.
Turning 60 and Rewriting the Story
This year I turned 60 — and wow, it feels like a milestone in every way.
When I started Well and Worthy Life nine years ago, my parents’ health journeys were on my mind. Losing my dad early and watching my mom battle cancer changed how I viewed wellness. I wanted to take care of myself and help other women do the same.
At first, it was all about weight loss. But quickly, I realized the real magic was in…
✨ Mindset
✨ Daily habits
✨ Connection
✨ Consistency
Women don’t need another “all or nothing” plan. We need simple shifts that stick — in health, relationships, and how we show up in the world.
And guess what? It’s not about the scale anymore. It’s about how we feel. How we live. How we thrive.
So What’s Next for Well and Worthy Life?
You’ll see more of everything that makes midlife feel good:
– Fashion finds
– Beauty + wellness favorites
– Travel inspo
– Peptides + supplements I love
– Real life, real thoughts, real conversations
Will I coach again? Maybe — I’m toying with a small mentorship for women craving more purpose and direction. Nothing official yet, but the wheels are turning.
I’m also planning more blog posts and would love to bring the podcast back. So stay tuned — lots of good things brewing.
